Wellbeing, Happiness & Emotion Management (WHE)
UBAS Centre for Well-Being, Happiness, and Emotion Management was established to foster a supportive and nurturing academic environment. The centre is committed to promoting students’ psychological well-being, emotional regulation, and personal development, enabling them to overcome challenges that may hinder their academic performance or personal growth. Through evidence-based practices, preventive initiatives, and individualised support, the centre strives to enhance resilience, cultivate positive mental health, and contribute to the holistic development of students.
Objectives of WHE:
- To promote psychological well-being and emotional resilience through counselling, training, and support services.
- To help students effectively manage academic, personal, and emotional challenges by providing evidence-based strategies and resources.
- To foster a positive, healthy, and growth-oriented environment that enhances both personal development and academic success.
