On the invitation of Prof. Dr. Naeem Mubarak, Pro-Vice Chancellor, UBAS & Principal Investigator, Digital Health Innovation Project, a collaborative meeting was held at Lahore University of Biological and Applied Sciences (UBAS) with Prof. Dr. Amir Ghafoor, Dean, Institute of Microbiology, UVAS, and Dr. Abdul Rehman, Assistant Professor & Public Health Expert, UVAS.
The meeting focused on the implementation of the Digital Health Innovation project under the PHEC R&D Cluster initiative on One Health/Public Health, with emphasis on Capacity Building, Joint Trainings, Digital Stewardship, AMR, Vaccine Hesitancy, Research Collaboration, Funding Utilization, and Project implementation from idea to impact.
The discussion provided a valuable platform for strengthening inter-university collaboration and translating digital health research into meaningful public-health solutions.
