For BS Programmes
Merit-Based Scholarship
Merit-based scholarships for undergraduate programmes are listed below. Kindly note that these scholarships are separate from the scholarships for Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students.
For DPT Students
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students who fit in the following criteria can get a great amount of fee waiver at Lahore-UBAS. The ratio of merit scholarship is directly proportional to the marks and scored percentages in the FA/FSc. board exams.
The board position holders can enjoy a 100% fee waiver at the time of admission. However, the continuation of the merit scholarship depends upon the settled score of continuation of the required CGPA.
Students with 90% marks in FA/FSc can get a 75% fee off at the time of admission. Students with 85% and 80% will get a chance to grab 50% and 25% fee off as per the settlement policy in DPT admissions 2025.

For Other Students
On the other hand, the students who want admission to BS programmes offered in Spring 2025 can avail of the merit scholarship with the following ratio.
If students have scored 85% marks in FA/FSC and are looking for any of the BS programmes at Lahore-UBAS, they can avail of a 100% fee waiver at the time of admission.
Those with scores of 80%, 75%, and 70% in FA and FSc will get 75%, 50, and 25% per cent respectively at the time of admission. The continuation of this merit scholarship in later years depends upon the maintenance of a CGPA (3.95 and above) during the degree duration.
Need-Based Scholarships
The need-based scholarships are awarded to the students as a gesture of support for genuine cases. The management of Punjab Group and Lahore-UBAS is open to helping students continue their educational cycle.
The cases who want to appear in this support cycle should put their applications forward. The decision committee listens to the cases and decides which one to honour. For more information, you can either contact the university campus or write an email to us.
The students can avail 25%-50% fee waiver under this category as per the decision made. Please note, that the decision by the committee stands still once taken.
Specially abled Students

The students may avail up to 25 – 50% scholarships with a CGPA to continue in the later years.
Kinship-Based Scholarship

If any of the students have had to experience the sad demise of a father or guardian, Lahore-UBAS will be there to provide support. Such students can get up to 50% fee waiver while enrolling in BS or undergraduate programmes.
However, the university will continue the support in later years if the students fulfil the eligibility criteria and maintain a CGPA of 2.00 or higher during the degree.
PGC Scholarships
The former students of Punjab Group of Colleges, STEP by PGC, and LMDC are eligible to enjoy this specific fee concession for all the undergraduate programmes. The students will get a straight fee waiver of 25% at the time of admission.
Whereas, to continue, you must maintain a GCPA of 2.50 or higher or if you maintain a GCPA of 2.00-2.49 you can get a 12% discount.
MS & MPhil Programmes

At Lahore-UBAS, the students who are looking for admission to MS/ M.Phil. programmes can avail of the following scholarships in spring 2025.
Merit-Based Scholarships
These merit-based scholarship eligibility criteria apply to all the faculties. Hence, the students applying for MS, and MPhil can apply, following the criteria mentioned below.
On obtaining a CGPA of 3.75/ 4.00 students can avail 60% scholarships in Spring 2025 on admission, which is subject to the continuation of a 3.90 CGPA in the degree enrolled.
On 3.50/4.00, the applicants can avail 50% scholarship. The scholarship will continue if a student maintains a 3.75-3.89 CGPA during the degree tenure.
Whereas those with a 3.00/4.00 CGPA may avail 40% scholarship, and continuation with a 3.50- 3.74 CGPA can avail of it.
Alumni-Based Scholarships
If you have remained an alumnus (old student) at Lahore-UBAS, you can avail of this scholarship in in MS programmes. Eligibility criteria are mandatory to meet.
Specially abled Students
Differently-abled students can avail of this scholarship for MS and MPhil programmes also in Spring 2025. The ratio can be anything between 25%-50% as per the committee’s decisions.
Kinship Based Scholarship
The scholarship based on kinship is also applicable in MS and MPhil. Programmes. To continue fulfilling the criteria is mandatory.
Faculty Development
This scholarship is available for the faculty members. Those with quality services for 3, 4, or 5 years can enjoy a fee waiver of 50%, 70% and 100% and the maintenance of CGPA is mandatory.
