Complete Guide to UBAS Admissions Application

UBAS admissions open twice every year for Spring and Fall. Likewise, applications are accepted at Lahore-UBAS for Fall 2025; however, the admission process is fast and limited seats are available across the degree programmes offered at the undergraduate and graduate levels. To secure your seat in your desired degree programme, you must follow a complete admission process to ensure smooth admissions. This article will help you understand how to fill out the admission form online on Lahore-UBAS. 

Three-Phase Process

University admissions are an important time for interested students. Usually, the admission process comprises application submission, leading to entrance tests. However, for a smooth admission process, it is essential to complete the admission application diligently. To simplify the admission process and to make you understand how to complete your applications at Lahore-UBAS, we have divided this process into three different phases. 

  • Phase 1
  • Phase 2
  • Phase 3

Phase 1: Pre-Admission Guidelines

The very first step to UBAS admissions is to look for the faculties and the degrees open for admissions in the educational level of your choice. To know all this, log on to Lahore-UBAS, the official website. You can do this by opening the Google Search Engine.  You will see the following pop-up on the website.

As soon as you land on the website, click on the ‘Red Button’ saying ‘Enrol Now’ to get to the landing page. There you will see the image below. 

Scroll down the page to see the number of courses offered and other benefits. Scroll down a little more to find the complete details of the offered programmes at Lahore-UBAS. In Fall 2025, a total of 15 programmes are offered and BS and MS/M. Phil programmes are available for the students.

Before you proceed with the admission form, it is essential to go through the course details, eligibility criteria, and scholarship options for the available programmes you have an interest in. You will have an option to choose your preferences in the application.  Let’s follow up with one of the offered open programmes, as an example, at Lahore-UBAS, to help you understand. 

Take ‘Pharm-D’ into consideration and get through the whole page to understand what Pharm-D will help you attain academically, and later what scope it offers.  On the same page, you will get other information you will need, like course details, admission criteria, fee structure, and faculty, and a direct link to the admission application.

Phase 2: UBAS Admissions Application

When you decide on the programmes you want to apply for admission in, open the admission form through Enrol Now  (on the admission page) or Apply Online (on the course page). In this way, you can proceed with your admission application online. However, if you are interested in moving the physical application for UBAS admissions, you will have to visit the campus to proceed. 

Once you click on Apply Online, it will take you to the online admission page at Lahore-UBAS. From there, initiate your application for UBAS admissions, and in the following, you will see a sample application for Pharm-D for a step-by-step process. 

STEP 1: Register through the Sign Up Form

Register yourself by filling in your details for account creation. Later, this account would be used for the application process. The fields required are First Name, Last Name, E-Mail, CNIC, and Mobile Number. Furthermore, there is a drop-down menu to answer if you are an international student. There is also a numerical calculation for you to proceed further. E.g.: 7+3=?

It is essential to know that you fill in the correct information on this registration portal, including spellings, CNIC number, and mobile number. Credentials like name and address should be according to the CNIC. Once you are registered, you will get your login credentials via SMS on your mobile and the email you have shared with us in signing up.  You can proceed further with it! 

STEP 2: Sign in Now to Fill

Check the email account you have used for registration at Lahore-UBAS. Follow the guidelines to proceed with the online application for UBAS Admissions. You will be assigned a User Name and Password to log in to your account. Once logged in, click on the ‘Application Tab’ to proceed. There, you will have to fill out the application form. It is highly recommended to be very accurate with your information. 

Personal Information 

 

With personal information, the option of ‘programme transfer’ and migration from other universities is also available to the interested students. In a nutshell, you will have 9 steps to complete in this application to follow. Click on ‘Update’to proceed further step. 

Contact Details 

Later, fill in the accurate and operational, complete contact information, address and click ‘Update’. 

Guardian Information

Fill in the complete information about your guardian. A guardian can be any person who is legally responsible for a student. Next to Kin is the second parent or guardian; he/she can be a person who can be contacted in an emergency. Fee Payer details are also needed to complete the admission form for UBAS Admissions. Once complete, click on the update button and move to the academic information. 

Academic Information

Add your academic record in this section. In this, you will choose from the degree levels available in the drop-down menu with options. Add your academic details from Matric (Secondary School Certificate)  to the latest academic degree, based on which you are applying to UBAS admissions for the next. Degree images are also needed to proceed. 

In the next pane to the degree level, add the marks and choose the testing body from the list, add degree images which are readable and click ‘Save and Next’ if all degrees are uploaded. If you want to add the next degree, click ‘Add Education’.  

For example, when you apply for Pharm-D (as the example followed from above), you will choose Secondary School Certificate> Matric> Science> Passing Year > Result Status> Marks Details,  then move on to Higher Secondary School Certificate > Intermediate > FSc/ A Levels, > Passing Year  > Result Status > Marks Details, and attach degrees or mark sheets. 

Programme Preferences

This is one of the most important steps for a candidate applying for UBAS admissions. In this, you will choose your preferred programmes, based on the eligibility criteria from the offered list. You can choose two programmes in this preference and can align them as first and second preference.  Once done, click ‘Úpdate’ and let’s move to the next. 

Upload Documents

Next on the journey to fill the admission form for Lahore UBAS Admissions, you need to upload your CNIC from the front and back sides separately. The best way to upload a quality image is to place it on a smooth surface and scan it through a document reader. Your mobile camera would be an easy tool to perform this task. 

STEP 3: Application Submission & Invoice Generation Leading to Entry Test

At this step, all the information you have filled in the UBAS admission form is available for you to revisit and see in detail. You can re-check it in detail and make any changes if needed. Then there is a form submission and the generation of an Invoice. Once you submit your application and generate an invoice, you will be issued a challan for some amount. Pay it in any nearest branch of BOP or online through available options, and you will get an admit card for the entry test. 

Step 4:Attempt the Entry Test and Secure Your Seat in UBAS Admissions

Sit in the entry test, arrive on time, and abide by the rules and regulations of the entry test. 

Phase 3: After the Entry Test, Follow Up on the Further procedure
